GUARANTEE
Nails are like jewels so please be kind to them and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service
1. Normal polish services are not guaranteed.
2. Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 3 days after your appointment. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting within 3 days, please call us to schedule a free repair.
3. If there are any damages to the nail, please call to book an appointment for repair within 5 days after the service. We reserve the right to refuse after this period.
4. Repairs after 3 days will be charged.
5. We will not be responsible for any breaking or infected nails after you leave the salon.
REFUND
No cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind. We will correct any service at no cost to you provided that you tell us immediately about the issues with your nails during the service.
CANCELLATIONS
At kd nails, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. Want to find out more? Get in touch.
LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
